Vegan Festival

Lush Croydon Vegan Festivals A few years ago there was The London Vegan Festival, there was the London Animal Aid Christmas without Cruelty Fair and that was about it. Now it seems there are regular Vegan events and festivals all over the country. This has been fuelled mainly by ViVA's series of vegetarian / vegan roadshow events taking the vegan message and delicious new products and cruelty free cosmetics and fashion accessories to all corners of the UK. The biggest one of the year is usually the summer Bristol Vegan Fayre which attracts over 10,000 people and is a true vegan festival with top bands playing live music, great food, great entertainment and fun for all the family over 2 days by Bristols bustling harbourside waterfront. The London Vegan Festival now organised by London Based Vegan Campaigns has moved to September in Kensington Town Hall and is set to be the biggest ever this year. New speakers, new entertainment, new vegan products, new vegan food, new vegan fashion as well as a greater emphasis on health and nutrition and the benefits that veganism provides to health and the environment. We've just heard that the organisers of the Sunmer Bristol Vegan Festival, Yaoh hemp foods and cosmetics have now launched a sister spring vegan festival in Brighton UK's number 1 vegetarian and vegan mecca planned for March 2009 Also barely a few weeks later in April 2009 the bi annual ViVA London Vegan Festival and Free Food bonanza in central London is expecting up to 12,000 people on one day challenging Bristol Vegan Fayre's Title as the biggest vegan festival in the world. Of course the Bristol Vegan Fayre 2009 will be bigger and be breaking more boundaries than ever before too so we'll just have to wait and see who wins the hearts and minds of the UK conscious consumers and tempts most people to explore a new ethical healthy lifestyle.
